Function Fitness

Function Fitness is an ongoing fitness class on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at the Chuck MacLean Arts Centre, from January 8 until June 27, 2018. Participants may drop in* to any class or sign up for the following 12-class sessions:
Jan.8-Feb.2 ~ Feb.5-Mar.2 ~ Mar.5-Apr.2 ~ Apr.4-30 ~ May 2-30 ~ Jun.1-27. Please note there is no class Feb.19 or May 21.

Adults of all ages are encouraged to come work on body alignment, core strength, movement education, strength, and endurance for overall body aerobic endurance, coordination of movement, balance training, and more! Please note these classes are co-ed. Some equipment is needed.

*Dropping-in is a good choice for those who want to learn more about the program. A drop in rate of $9.00 per class is available if minimum registration requirements are met; please contact Jane at 780.672.9949 for more info or to register.
