Tai Chi Directions – Intermediate Level is a 3x weekly class on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays. There are several sessions to choose from: January 16 – February 15, February 20 – March 22, and March 27 – April 26
The initial attraction of Tai Chi is the soft flowing movement, but there is more! The health benefits of tai chi are awesome and include: increased flexibility, more energy, improved balance and coordination, decreased risk of falling, improved posture, increased muscle strength, stamina, and energy, as well as enhanced mental and spirit well being. Instructed by Mary Ann Golan. Please pre-register.
